EXCHANGES

If you are not happy with your purchase El An are happy to offer an exchange or credit note.

By emailing to us at sales@elanjewellery.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your goods.

Product must be in its original condition have not been used or worn with price tags attached.

Sale items cannot be returned

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our shop, items must be packed properly to avoid getting damage in the post.

Any Purchases  that are made with gift cards or sent out as gifts can be exchanged with other products but are not redeemable in cash.

REFUNDS

We are happy to make a refund due to a faulty item you will need to contact us on.

sales@elanjewellery.com.au upon receipt of the product.

If we cannot replace the item a 100% refund or credit note will be offered.
