Please care for your jewellery and it will remain looking great for many years.
Always put your jewellery on last when getting dressed and first to take off.
Gold and Silver plated Jewellery
IP plating is one of the most advanced methods of plating and is more effective than standard plating. However special care is recommended, make sure you remove your jewellery before swimming, showering or sleeping, keep it away from regular contact with hairspray, perfumes and skin creams. Clean your plated jewellery by gently rubbing with a soft cloth, wipe gently every time you wear it would help keep it looking better longer. Store all jewellery separately in bag or box to help prevent scratches.
Gem Stones
Gemstone should never be cleaned with Ultrasonics, ammonia or any other chemical solution. To keep your precious stone looking great avoid wearing your Gem Stones when swimming, showering or coming in contact with detergents. Clean with a soft damp cloth.
Suede
If you have a wet stain on your suede hold paper towel on the area to absorb excess moisture and leave until dry. Then rub the area gently with a flannel to lift the nap. If the stain doesn’t lift try dabbing lightly with white vinegar, but go gently and leave it dry thoroughly afterwards.
WARRANTY
All jewellery has six months warranty, which covers manufacturing faults, it doesn’t cover damaged caused by neglect or wear and tear.
